paddu147 Posted February 8, 2019 Report Share Posted February 8, 2019 I have compled MS in CS from for-profit university when it was nationally accredited (1-1-2003 to 8-6-2008) . My H1b was applied under masters quota and was eventually approved by USCIS after a long running list of Rfe. Recently USCIS has been very meticulous in approving H1b’s. My question is what are my options to correct my wrongly approved petition. Link to comment
JoeF Posted February 8, 2019 Report Share Posted February 8, 2019 That sounds like UNVA. They lost accreditation in August 2008. Your H1 will eventually be revoked. That may be retroactive. You should discuss your situation with a good immigration lawyer. Link to comment
