rupa.b Posted February 5, 2019 Report Share Posted February 5, 2019 I came to US on H4 visa and my H1 b got approved 2018 under the Technical Recruiter job title and it is valid until Sep 2019. (my education qualification is MBA). I have been working with client as a business analyst now and my employer also filed an amendment and it is still in progress. I have an emergency to travel India now and not sure whether I can travel while my H1 amendment in progress. Even if i travel now, what is the risk involved in visa stamping? or is it advisable to travel at this time and also what is the best way to have my visa stamp in India to come back to US on H1?
