Arundr Posted February 3, 2019 Report Share Posted February 3, 2019 (edited) Hi, I have valid i94 till end of Dec 2020, but my L1B is expiring in April 2019. 2 more years left in my L1 quota, but can I work in US based on my i94 without going for L1B extension. If yes, will there be any problem/issues in future if I apply for H1B or L1. Need your guidance before it is late to apply for extension.
