My employer will be applying for my L1A blanket visa renewal and I have few questions:

  1. Is premium processing available for renewing L1A blanket visa ?
  2. Is it necessary to travel to a US consulate abroad to get L1A blanket visa renewed ?
  3. If my spouse travels with me for the interview appointment and I fill two separate DS-160 form for both of us, would his L2 visa get renewed as well ? I am told that if my spouse accompanies me for the interview abroad and we fill separate DS-160 for each one of us, we don't need to fill I-539 for his L2 extension, is this correct ?
  4. I am told that I-539 is only required to be filled for L2 extension if L2 extension is applied separately and if my spouse does not accompany me in the interview abroad, is this correct ?
