rkorupo1
I filed N-400 in Feb 2017. I was invited for finger printing in 2-3 months. Later in May 2018 my online status was updated that an interview later was emailed to me. However, I never received an interview letter. I received other communications from USCIS. Since, then I called USCIS office multiple times. Every time I call , I receive a generic email stating that wait for 120 days. Now my application is way beyond processing time. My husband who applied a year later received an interview now. I tried to schedule infopass appt. but appts are never open. Not sure what to do? Should I hire attorney at this point? Do you know if it would be helpful to call Senator's office ? Please suggest. Thank you Link to comment
pontevecchio
You should ask for help from one of the 2 Federal Senators from your state. Look up their website and communicate with the person dealing with Immigration matters , being brief and factual as to the situation. Link to comment
