SarnyaT
Can a H4 visa holder work as a volunteer in preschools? To gain some experience for future job in preschools. The preschool says I can work for free as a volunteer and come and go whenever I wish. I was given a 'Child Care Center Verification Form' For Fingerprinting(see attachment) by the school asking me to go to the fingerprinting technician at the State Police Troop. Is it fine? Or will this be a problem in the future when I apply for EAD? CenterFingerprintVerification.pdf Quote Link to comment
Provence
Unless you have an EAD associated with an H4, you cannot volunteer when similar positions are paid. That is a violation of the condition of the H4 visa. Quote Link to comment
