Work after 240 days when H1B extension + Amendment(change in job title) is pending

We applied H1B extension with amendment on Apr 15 2018 and my i-94 expired on Jun 15 2018. My 240 days completed around Feb 10 2019. Reason for amendment is Job title change. Can i work after 240 days since i have amendment petition is in decision pending with USCIS ?

Generally, the law allows a person to continue working more than 240 days if the H1B Petition is an Amended Petition with an extension of status request. The 240 day work limit generally applies only to those petitions seeking an extension of employment without any changes.
