Hello all my H1B  is approved  and worked for one year but I quit my job and got married and came on H4 visa.

1. Can I change my status back to H1B ?

2. If Yes can I apply change of status and extension at same time since my H1B is expiring by end of this year?

3. And also can I transfer to any other employer if my COS is done or do I need to stay with my employer

2. Your H1 sponsor can file a non cap H1 petition with COS from H4 and once approved in about 6 months or longer, you can start.

3. Every potential H1 employer needs to file and get a H1 petition approved for you.
