I am getting an error saying that no records found for traveler . Even though I entered right details . can some one suggest me is there any problem if I not found I 94 in online , but I have i94 valid on i797A or whether I need to contact any one ? note : my status changed from f1 to h1b last year . In i797A copy I have valid i94 up to 2020 . Link to comment

xTDx Posted January 23, 2019 Report Share Posted January 23, 2019 DHS i94 tool only provides last 5 year records. Your valid i94 now is issued by USCIS and would be at the bottom of i797A and you already are aware of it. Link to comment
