Amendment and H1Extension

Hi, 

My 6yrs of H1B is expiring in Oct 2019 and my I-140 approved [ says my employer], I have got new project where Vendor is providing client and vendor letter with start date and no enddate.

and PO [ vendor and my employer] with the end date [ Oct 2019 same as my H1 6 yrs ending]

but my employer says it will be problem for amendment and H1 Extension with end date in the PO.

please clarify me on this.
