veerender
Recently got my H-1b extension along with H4 and H4 ead but there is a discrepancy in the approval period validity dates between H-1B petition and spouse's H-4 and H-4 EAD approval notice. Specifically, while H-1B petition has been approved until January 30, 2022, your spouse's H-4 extension and EAD card have been approved through March 10, 2022. Should this is corrected now or let it be, will this have any impact while attending visa (stamping in India) ? Thanks in Advance, Link to comment
xTDx
It is all okay. No need to do anything and no issues will be there because of it. Remember this is issued by USCIS. Link to comment
