H1-B and L2 EAD both under processing

My H1-B(2018) is currently pending with USCIS for final decision and also have my L2 EAD application submitted.

 

I have few questions based on order I receive my H1-B and L2 EAD

1. If L2 EAD comes before H1-B
   1. As H1 is change of status – how can I switch back to L2 EAD – and keeping H1 valid for future use

Expectation is to max out number of years I can work in US. And thus utilize my L2 EAD for 2 more years and then use this H1(2018) without going through lottery process again

                  i.      Do I need to revoke H1 in this case and will still I be able to use it in future without going through lottery process.

                  ii.      Or should I wait for H1 approval and then find a way to switch back to L2

2. If H1-B comes first and then L2 EAD
   1. Will it impact my H1-B work permit?
   2. Again how can I resume work on L2 EAD and use H1 later once L2 EAD is exhausted
