Expired H1B Canada travel

Current Situation

Me:
Existing H1B 797A Starting Validity Date: 06/06/2016 Ending Validity Date: 04/10/2019
New H1B 797A Starting Validity Date: 04/11/2019 Ending Validity Date: 04/30/2020
I did travel outside India and got Visa Stamped 
Visa Expiry 10 April 2019.

My Son:
Existing H1B 797A Dependent 539 based Starting Validity Date: 06/06/2016 Ending Validity Date: 04/10/2019
New H1B 797A Starting Validity Date: 04/11/2019 Ending Validity Date: 04/30/2020
Did travel outside India and got Visa Stamped 
Visa Expiry 10 April 2019.

My Spouse:
Existing H1B 797A Dependent 539 based Starting Validity Date: 06/06/2016 Ending Validity Date: 04/10/2019
New H1B 797A Starting Validity Date: 04/11/2019 Ending Validity Date: 04/30/2020
Did travel outside India and But had Existing Visa from old employer so NO Visa Stamp
Existing Visa Expiry 12 May 2018.

I do have 140 with Priority date 03/17/2017.

I applied for Canadian PR and got approved.
As i need to complete landing formalities ,  i need to go out of USA.I understand they are supposed to do Automatic re-validation and not issue new i94, but saw in many forums , US immi. tend to issue new i94.

So wanted to understand , if i travel before 10Apr,2019
1.Will there be a issue with issued i94 considering my visa and existing valid petition expiring 10Apr2019.
2.Will there be an issue for my wife with issued i94 considering her visa expired on 12 May 2018 and existing valid petition expiring 10Apr2019.

How your spouse planning to come back to USA with expired VISA? 

Also why you care even if they will issue new I94? They always issue I94 based on your latest I797 expiry date not according to VISA.
