My brother-in law and sister-in law are willing to have a child for us. Can them having a kid for us be considered surrogacy? Can we put in place a surrogacy agreement before they conceive and then bring the child to US after birth on H-4? will it be considered adoption? Does the child need to be genetically related to either of us to be considered surrogacy? Link to comment
