Well tweet is a tweet. Remember he also promised to build a wall. Imagine the outcry if anyone on H1b is a potential citizen. There is a reason why the immigration laws are so difficult to change on the fly. We have to wait this out. In my opinion  it has no real significance at this hour.

Honestly, There are hundreds of Bills in Senate and Congress on H1B Reform, Green Card reform, etc.... but nothing has changed. Its too early to analyze the significance of his tweet!

It's possible that with Govt shut down, ILLEGAL immigration, wall etc..He could be using H1B as an political Card to play around with dems...

It doesn't mean anything. It would require a law change. Tweets are completely and totally useless. Tweets from this "President" even more so.

Anybody talking about "path to citizenship" is completely clueless. If anything, it is a "path to a Greencard." Everybody who has a GC can (but doesn't have to), after a few years, apply for citizenship. And people on H1 already can have immigration intent.
