Mithun Prasad Posted January 11, 2019 Report Share Posted January 11, 2019 I am currently on 6th year of my L1A visa. My company filed gc under EB2 category. Currently planning to convert to H1. My max physical stay for H1b is 14 Aug 2019. My company is saying I am not eligible for this year H1b cap as mps is not beyond October. Also they are asking me to be out of us for 75 days prior to Apirl 1st. Should I be out of US for 75 days before April 1st or October 1st. Assuming my case gets picked in this year H1b lottery. Please confirm if I need to be outside us before April or October for H1b conversion this year? Link to comment
