Travel to India when Amendment expires in 40 days

Hi All,

I94 Website showing Admit until date 09/18/2019 and VISA Stamp  having the same date.

My I797A Valid date as 04/18/2019.

I am planing to travel to India from 02/07/19 to 03/08/2019.  ( 40 days before I will be back of I797A Expires )

Please need your suggestions.

When you come back after travel, you will get a new I94 that will most likely match your I797A date (some POE officers have been known to add 10 days extra past the I797 date). At most conservative estimate, you will have 40 days to either apply for extension or leave the US.

No issues. Just have all the documentation upon return at Port of entry.
