Multiple extension request with USCIS

Hi All,

If there are multiple extension + amendment (initial one for extension and role change and next one for extension and location change) what will happen to my first extension. Recently got an update that the initial extension is moved from California to another location. My 240 days will end on May-19 and just wondering if i would get the result by then.
