Could you please let me know what all documents required to respond on this RFE? Currently I'm working REMOTELY for Client A, but Client B is the End-Customer for Client A. But I'm not reporting to Client B at all. I have vendor letters, client letter from Client A stating that Client A is the ultimate End-Client. But the SOW between vendor and Client A is showing Client B as End Customer for client A. Should I include the SOW in the response, as this may raise questions about the client B? LeaveMessageH1B Posted January 9, 2019 Report Share Posted January 9, 2019 Your RFE may have already indicated what document they are looking for. Also do you mean Vendor-A when you say client-A ? Remember discrepancy or misrepresentation is guaranteed denial if you are in E V V C model, let your employers expert immigration attorney handle this because it's their job. Good luck. I'm working Remotely for Client A and I'm not reporting to Client B at all. And I got the letters from Vendor and Client A and also got the SOW between Vendor and Client A, will that be suffice? Or Do I also need to get the letter from Client B and WO/SOW between Client A and Client B? I'm not in the Client B location, not reporting to Client B nor Client B assigning work to me directly.
