USCIS received document on December-14-2018(came to know by tracking postal service) . But till now there is no update on my case. My bank account is not debited with premium processing fee, I did not received receipt notice and my employer account is also not debited for processing fee. When my employer attorney tried to contact USCIS no response. Is it common or should we need to refile my I-140. Any help is appreciated. I am worried because a few of my colleagues filed a week after me, got approvals today. Is there anything that I need to be worried. Thanks. Link to comment
