greenworks
Hello everyone, I have an approved H1B as a full time employee. I am planning to go to Ottawa, Canada for 1st time H1B stamping. I requested for my Employer's last 2 years Tax return , but they are hesitant to give it to me. 1) Will the employment letter, my W-2,pay stubs be sufficient supporting documents for Visa stamping ? Or is it necessary to have Employer's Tax returns? 2)Do I have to submit the I-94, attached in the approved I-797A at the airport or do they need to see it at the Consulate office? Any information would be highly appreciated !! Thank a lot!! Link to comment
