naveenanumala
My visitors was once canceled without prejudice in Jan 1999, when my wife carried my passport for her US visa interview and I was asked through her to see the consulate. By then I had visited USA thrice for periods of 30, 6 & 5 days in these visits. I visited US consulate in February 1998 and explained about my three visits. The official apologized for cancellation, did not say any reason to me and issued another 10 years multiple entry from that date with visa fee issuance waiver. Now i am reapplying for a B1/B2 visa which expired on 28th July 2018. How do I answer this question on DS-160, Has your visa ever been revoked or canceled? if I select yes, it asks me to explain. thanks Naveen Link to comment
JoeF
Answer yes, and explain that it was CWOP. This is not a problem. CWOP, in particular the "without prejudice" part means that nothing was wrong. It was just an administrative cancellation. Link to comment
