H4 grace period whilst H1-B exit US

Hi,

If the H1-B holder resigns their job and exits the country to start another job, can the linked-H4 holders (spouse and children) stay in the US on the 60 day grace period to tie-up the family’s affairs?

No. As soon as the H1 holder leaves the country the grace period is over. Dependents have to leave no later than the H1 holder.
