damumca1028 Posted January 5, 2019 Report Share Posted January 5, 2019 HI, My Employer applied LCA for my H1B Amendment with Start Date as (12/20/2018) and approved. My Employer didnot file the H1B Amendment because i didnot get the Client Letter yet. In all my documents PO, Offer Letter, Vendor Letter the start date is mentioned as 12/20/2018, so will there be any issue if my employer files my H1B amendment after 20 days of my LCA approval?.
