patelharshil
I'm Indian Citizen and a medical student from Caribbean and finished my basic sciences and now planning to start rotations in US. I applied for B1/B2 visa with my hospital letter and Dean's letter but I was rejected once under section 214(b). I believe the reason for rejection was duration of letter from hospital which was 7 months. I'm planning to apply again for specifically B1 visa. I want to know whether the visa category is correct or not and is 7 months duration of rotation mentioned by hospital is good enough or should I make it Longer or shorter from 7 months? and what other things should I take care while going for interview? Your reply is highly appreciated Thanks You Link to comment
xTDx
You are probably applying under wrong visa classification. Consult a lawyer. Link to comment
