Please explain the beneficiary’s living/working arrangements. You must demonstrate that the beneficiary’s residential address and the address of intended employment are within a normal commuting area. My Current visa is going to expire on 1/31/2019 and I-94 is going to expire on 2/10/2019. Please suggest how to answer this RFE and is there any positive about it or any complication it.
