Hi,

I need help answering this question on my visa application: Do you have a previous H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee)?

My visa status was changed from f1 to h1b on 1st October 2018 after I received my i797a approval form. What should be the answer to this question when my current visa status is H1b but previous to this the visa status was F1?

I guess you just got H1B approval but you never went to visa stamping. This question is asking whether you went to visa stamping and got visa stamped...

You have Previous F1 visa (related to student visa but not work related)...but not H1B....You should go with "NO"....
