Sandipbhai Posted January 2, 2019 Report Share Posted January 2, 2019 Hello, Last year in Dec. 2017 I applied for H1B transfer (Employer B) and at that time i had valid H1B of my previous employer (Employer A) and i-94. Still my H1B transfer with new employer (Employer B) is in process (pending) and my H1B of previous employer (Employer A ) and i-94 is expired in last June 2018. I want to know about how mach time with pending status i can stay or be legal to stay in US. Thanks. Link to comment
adshah84 Posted January 2, 2019 Report Share Posted January 2, 2019 You can stay as long as your application is in pending status but you can not work beyond 240 days since the expiration of your i 94. Link to comment
