boyzrule Posted December 30, 2018 Report Share Posted December 30, 2018 My I-94 has been expired on september 3rd 2018 and my H1B has been denied on 26 dec 2018 . My current employer filed Nunc pro tunc (NPT) on Dec 28 2018. Now my question is, am I out of status? Can a new employer file a new h1b for me? if so when the new petition should be filed by new employer? Can I wait until I get the response for NPT to file new h1b from new employer? Please Advise?
