Travel while H1 B Extension Pending ,Recieved RFE

Hi,

I have an approved H1B Visa for 2 weeks from now,I need to travel to India for a week but my H1B extension is pending because of RFE.

Can I travel to India fro a week due to emergency and come back just days before my H1B Visa expires?Or will there be any problem at POE and can I show them my H1 receipt notice stating this extension is applied and how long they will give I-94 date when my current Visa expires in few days on return.

 

Will this create problem at POE with just few days of Visa remaining and H1 extension under RFE?Please advice as I have an emergency and need to travle
