RamShunm Posted December 28, 2018 Report Share Posted December 28, 2018 Hello, I have a situation that my H1B visa expires on Jan 2019 (Maxout) and I’ll be out of US after that. Meanwhile, I’m waiting for the response from my employer about my PERM filing. Is that possible if we can file the PERM even after the Max out date and when we stay outside of US ? Do we need to have the petition with valid date (non-expired date) at the time of PERM filing? Appreciate your response. Thanks! Link to comment
