Send / Deport H4 Dependent Kid

Hi,

I have 18  years old daughter and she is on my dependent (on H4) visa. Due to some personal circumstances, I want to send her back to India.

Could you please let me know,

1) Whether I can revoke her H4 visa?

2) What is the best way to send /deport her to India ASAP?

3) Any other options to send her back to India?

 

It will be really helpful if you can let me on the same at the earliest.

You can't revoke her visa. And she is an adult. She is not your property.

1. No you cannot.

2. She can just go normally. Not sure why you are so worried.
