Taking work from home on H1B

Hi All, 

I am working as a full time employee for one company and going to that company location for work. Now due to some circumstances i am moving to other city which is 100 miles far from my work location and doing work from home most of the time and occasionally come to office once in two weeks for 2 days. 

Is there anything i need to do on my LCA or amendment on my H1B for my work from home . 

Any input is really appreciated.

The company needs to file a new LCA with your home as work location.
