Regaining a previous Green Card (given up when one was a minor)

Hi, 

My entire family held green cards way back in the early 2000's and at some point my parents decided to settle down in India and give them up. I was a minor back then. My question is, is it possible at this point to regain my green card on the grounds that I personally did not have a say in giving it up? Or if not that, then on any other grounds?
