H4 stamping after change of status

Hello,

I came to USA on H4 from India ( so have stamped it once in India ). Later on moved from H4 to F1 ( also got it stamped in India). Then got H1b approved and now did COS to H4 ead. Now my spouses I94 is going to expire as so we have to get our visas stamped. My question is can we get my visa stamped from Canada since my earlier H4 was stamped/ approved from my home country or due to multiple of COS have to get it stamped from home country.
