I140 process

Hello all,

I need your help with the following

I did pharmacy(4-year degree) and PGDCA (2-year degree) in India and did MBA in the USA. Currently, I am working in software from past 4 years. My employer plan to start the I140 process but I am worried about my bachelor degree will affect the I140 process. What are my chances to get I140?

Since you don't have a 4-year degree in the field the case would be in EB3-other, which is very hard to get an I-140 approved.
