rgsiva_it3 Posted December 20, 2018 Report Share Posted December 20, 2018 Hello, My EB-3 India priority date of 16-MAR-2010 is current in the Dates of Filing chart in the January 2019 visa bulletin. Before which date do I have to submit my I 485 documents to USCIS as I see that in February visa bulletin USCIS may start to ask using final action date as mentioned in Murthy news. My employer said that they will take one month from today to process the I 485 J supplement form. I am not sure whether I can wait that long to submit I 485 J along with my I 485 package? So pls confirm till what date I can wait to submit my I 485 documents to USCIS? Appreciate your response. Link to comment
