EAD-AP Renewal passport expirting in four months

HI,

This will be my fourth EAD-AP renewal and i am in AOS ( EB2).   My passport is expiring in April and I am getting ready to renew it in few weeks but not sure how long it will take.  Meanwhile, Is it okay for me to apply for EAD-AP renewal with current valid passport details .  Please advise.
