I am planning to move to Client (Employer B) as full time, but they can sponser H1-B but not green card. Employer A will with draw I-140 if I move out. Below are my questions. Please help me out. Thanks in advance. Do I get unlimited extensions with my I 140 (approved beyond 180 days and withdrawn)? Is the with drawn I 140 eligible for H4 EAD as well? Do I have to face any consequences (apart from filing green card again when my date becomes current)? Link to comment
