Jack_Tauson_Sr Posted December 20, 2018 Report Share Posted December 20, 2018 Considering that I've H1B visa valid until May 31st,2019 and I-94 Valid around this time.Is it okay to travel to India while H1B Extension is in the process:? I mean if I plan to visit India sometime in April and then come back in May before my expiration date, is there going to be any effect of this on the H1B processing? I know premium processing is an option but wanted to get info about the above scenario. Thanks! Link to comment
