Quitting job while on H1-B

I am currently working in the US on H1-B visa. This is my 6th year. I plan to quit my job in May 2019. Does anyone know how much time do you get to leave the country after the last day at work? Thanks.

60 days OR validity of I-94 whichever is shorter.

If you need time to wind up, apply for a change of status to B2 clearly stating why and showing proof of funds . In the meantime, leave as soon as you are able to even if the COS is not decided. That will take months. Make sure to carry the COS documents at all times in this case.
