Help Needed-H1b approved for only one day

Hi all,

I have applied my h1b (Mater quota)in April 2017 through Employer A. changed my normal processing to premium on dec 22 2017. I got denial on Jan 16, 2018. We have applied for MTR on Feb 05,2018. on April I have changed My Employer with student Visa (Opt extension). On Dec 12, 2018. I got h1b approval through Employer A for only one day. Since My h1b is approved, it terminated my student visa and at the same time I-94 is valid today only. 

 

Please suggest me what should I do on this scenario.

Could you please elaborate your case right from the beginning  I was also in the same boat, when your status changed and when got approval even it is one day approval your attorney can guide....
