H1B Amendment

Hi,

My H1B is approved on Nov 3rd 2018 and the I got the approval notice on Nov 21st 2018. I changed my client on Oct 15th and no amendment filed because my H1B is in process (Cos F1 to H1B). If I file my amendment now what are the chances of getting approval. My previous approved petition if valid till Sep 2021.

You need to file an amendment and wait for a decision. Chances of approval are always based on the documentation you provide to USCIS. No one can tell you what your chances are.
