manojvijai
I was working for a Company A for which i have a valid I797A until July 2020. Now i moved to another employer B. I joined this company under receipt notice. I got my petition approved and received I797B ( with no I-94). The question is, Since my company A petition has I-94 valid, can i stay in the country? Should i leave the county immediately and get stamped with petition from company B? Note: My visa stamped in my passport is expired. Link to comment
JoeF
You need to leave the country. If your visa is still valid you can use it and the new approval notice to enter again to work for B. If your visa is expired you need to get a new visa. Link to comment
manojvijai
Thank you Joe for the response. I am waiting for the original petition and then will look for stamping and travel.! Link to comment
