Now my employer applied for premium processing and I got RFE on Dec 10. My original stamped visa is valid till Apr 2019. Can I stay till Apr 2019 and work for the client and apply for a new visa in regular mode if the premium is denied. I am in EC mode. Link to comment

If you file another petition in regular also. if you receive decision on premium NO option to live. Does not matter what ever the EC,EVVC mode you are working in. Link to comment
