H1 premium RFE

Hi, I am working with the same client for the past 4 years and my previous extension is also with the Same client. Now my employer applied for premium processing and I got RFE on Dec 10. My original stamped visa is valid till Apr 2019. Can I stay till Apr 2019 and work for the client and  apply for a new visa in regular mode if the premium is denied. I am in EC mode.

If premium is denied, you have to leave  asap after April 2019. If you file another petition in regular also. if you receive decision on premium NO option to live. Does not matter what ever the EC,EVVC mode you are working in.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I have an approved 140 with PD as Apr 2011. I am with same employer from that time , Can I apply for an extension in regular mode based on my I -140?
