nit_2012 Posted December 11, 2018 Report Share Posted December 11, 2018 Hi Experts, I am on H1B (I140 approved and 7th Year H1B extended until Dec 2021) and my wife is on F1 OPT STEM Extension, working FULL TIME. Last month I have sponsored Visitor Visa B2 for my parents and in-laws. My parents got their visa approved but visa is denied for my in-laws. 214 (B) We have sufficient fund in our account to show the sponsorship but still the visa is denied. We are not about exact reason for denial. We are planning to reapply visitor visa for my in-laws. Does it make any difference if my wife sponsor their visa this time? Link to comment
