axbycz3 Posted December 10, 2018 Report Share Posted December 10, 2018 I am working at a client on contract basis and my manager is interested in hiring me as Fulltime employee once one of the existing employee retires which is planned at 2020. In order for me to keep me interested she suggested that she can hire me as limited term employee (39 hours) and rest of benefits such as insurance, holidays etc. remain the same. Pay is also more or less like FT employee. Can i transfer my h1b on limited term position? Link to comment
