Rajesh4563 Posted December 8, 2018 Report Share Posted December 8, 2018 Hello All cureently am working for company A and and recently he applied for amendment in regular processing and Company B offered me new position and they are ready to have my h1 transfer 1. Can I have h1 transfer and amendment same time ? 2. Employer 2 will have h1 transfer in premium and it will be transferred and my amendment filed by employer 1 is regular, will there be any issue of my h1 transfer approved first and h1 amendment of my old employer later? It is really urgent please someone help me in these questions Link to comment
