sauravpal Posted December 8, 2018 Report Share Posted December 8, 2018 My employer is filing my H1 extension for a new Job Title and SOC code (Software Developer). My previous H1 was filed on a different Job Tile and SOC code (Computer Systems Analyst). This is now an extension and amendment. My question is that now since we are filing for a different position, do we need to get a new Expert Opinion Letter for the new position and job title? Link to comment
