Aparupa Posted December 8, 2018 Report Share Posted December 8, 2018 I was on H4 visa when I applied for EAD under category C26 after my spouse's I-140 got approved. In the meanwhile I got a employment offer and my employer got by status changed to H1B as I had a prior cap-exempt petition. After my COS to H1B, I have now received the EAD card which I had applied earlier. So if I change my status back to H4, will the same EAD card be valid with my new H4 status or do I have to re-apply for the EAD? Link to comment
